2011 Terms

**Due to frequent cost increases of raw materials used to manufacture golf equipment, prices in this catalog are subject to change.  Therefore, the cost of your order will be calculated based on prices in effect at time of shipment.  We regret having to call your attention to these recent market changes, but we prefer to keep our customers up to date and informed.

TERMS: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.....Net based on current price.
Pre-paid shipments:  U.S. Funds....Cash, Certified Check, or Money Order only.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. ORDERS.
FREIGHT: F.O.B. Decatur, AL
TAXES: Alabama residents and anyone, picking up their order must pay applicable sales tax unless a current Alabama tax exemption certificate is on file with GSA.

Title of goods will be transferred to customer at time of shipment.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Products are warranted against manufacturing defects.

*NOTE - Golf Supply America, Inc. assumes NO liability for personal or property damage claims due to harm caused by a golf club assembled with components purchased from Golf Supply America, Inc. by others or from misuse of any product purchased from Golf Supply America, Inc.

*MAIL ORDERS - All U.S. mail-in orders received with payment ENCLOSED may deduct a 2% discount from the merchandise total.  Personal checks will cause a slight shipping delay so checks can clear the bank.  The delay will be avoided if a money order or certified check is enclosed with your order.  You may call us for assistance in figuring your order total.

*SHIPPING - We must have your SHIPPING.....not mailing address in order to make delivery.   Domestic Ground shipments will be shipped by our preferred provider & will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 per package.  Flat rate shipping is only applicable to Ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  PO Boxes are not eligible for flat rate shipping.   For International and Express Shipments you will be charged actual freight.  The freight amounts listed for Express Shipments are estimates only.

*BACKORDER POLICY - For a variety of reasons, items can be out of stock from time to time.  When this happens, you will be contacted to determine whether to make a partial shipment or, hold and ship your order complete.  The customer is responsible for freight charges on backordered items.

*DAMAGED GOODS
- If an item is damaged in shipment, save the box and notify the shipper immediately.  Then, call GSA and advise us.  All claims must be made within 10 days.

*SHORTAGES - Please check your invoice to be sure the item has not been backordered.  Then, if you can not locate the item, call or write GSA and advise all details of the case.  Your problem will receive prompt attention.  You have 10 days to notify GSA about any shortage.

*RETURNS - Please don't return any merchandise before contacting GSA.  If the item(s) is in "as sold" condition, and 30 days time has not elapsed, GSA will accept your return for a credit to your credit card account, or a cash refund, if applicable.  After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.   Please write us a brief letter to explain the details of your return and send a copy of the original paper work.  We must have this information before we can proceed with your request.

*ASSEMBLED CLUBS - Upon request, we will assemble clubs for our customers.  If you would like to take advantage of this service, please call   800-345-5356.  Important Note:  We do not accept returns for clubs that have been assembled.

*SPECIAL ORDERS - For "special" ordered items, there will be a $5.00 added charge..........NO returns allowed.  Your credit card will be charged in advance of shipment.
